Summer Drummin’ is an interactive, group drumming classes offered to 2 different age groups. Ages 5-8 from 5:30-6:15 pm and ages 9-12 from 6:15-7:00pm. “How to Find Your Rhythm and Groove.” These sessions are designed for drummers or percussionists who want to learn more of the “hows and whats” of rhythm and groove. Participants will play to music and to other live drummers using drum set, hand drums, auxiliary percussion, or just sticks and a pad. You’ll learn how to compliment the sounds around you while creating patterns of various styles and rhythms. Cost is $30.00 per person per class. Come to one, two, or all 3 classes.
